For eligible account orders, open Orders & returns, choose the order and request a return. Select the item, quantity and reason, then follow the instructions shown in your account.

Do not send goods before receiving return instructions. Eligibility periods, product exclusions, return addresses and return shipping costs remain to be confirmed for the destination market.
